SATMYA NUTRACEUTICAL

Satmya Nutraceuticals is an off-shoot of a Company involved in providing Ayurvedic / Herbal Health Care plus Ayurvedic Medicines. The experiences and lessons learned during the journey of the Promoters led to the formation of a dedicated Nutraceutical Company – Satmya Nutraceuticals.

​The facility of production has been a State of Art construction taking into consideration the hygienic aspects and GMP regulations. Saathmya plans to come out with unique products with better value additions to provide the right supplementation to needy individuals.

We at Saathmya wish to bring back the goodness of Indian Food and the age-old Nutraceutical science heritage with due value addition to make it acceptable and easily consumable

WHAT ARE NUTRACEUTICALS?

A product that is considered a non-specific biological therapy used to promote control symptoms, general well-being, and prevent malignant processes is called a Nutraceutical.

The term “nutraceutical” combines the two words “nutrient,” which is a nourishing food component, and “pharmaceutical,” which is a medical drug. The name was coined in 1989 by Stephen DeFelice, founder and chairman of the Foundation for Innovation in Medicine, which is an American organization located in Cranford, New Jersey.

But knowingly or unknowingly we have not noticed that most of our Indian Food Culture is a big treasure of Nutraceuticals. Due to modernisation and influence of western food culture the Traditional Culinary and food science of India has gone on eroding and getting forgotten.
